Personal notes: Karen and I love this dressing. Besides being a great salad dressing, the Pietro Original dressing, we find, works really well with fish, and in particular, salmon. With soybean oil as one of the main ingredients, we coat a salmon filet with the Pietro Original, and grill. The flavors work with the heat and fish to make one incredible meal!
