Ginger & Garlic Marinade comes from a culinary background firmly rooted in San Francisco's Chinatown. This delightful sauce has many aplications: as a stir fry sauce, saute sauce, marinade, salad dressing, or finishing sauce. Ginger & Garlic Marinade is one of two 'cross-over' sauces (the other being our Garlic Artichoke Marinade), ideal for both seafood, chicken, or red meat. Ginger & Garlic Marinade is popular with meat counters throughout California, and is an excellent way to prepare chicken or seafood. The retail package can be sold in conjunction with the use of the marinade behind the counter.
Uses include as a marinade for chicken (one hour), beef (45 minutes), or seafood (30 minutes). Use as a stir fry sauce, salad dressing, or as a pour-on sauce for noodles or rice.
