We make some incredible products. We have friends that make exceptional products. But getting products to market has always been a challenge. So I started my company with the idea to help food artisans and friends deliver their products to those that love them. Our main goal is to help our customers and friends find the things they are looking for in a smooth, efficient and friendly way. We hope to be able to share our passion and love of food with you!

We rely on your satisfaction and word-of-mouth advertising. We believe in small businesses, high quality service and unique products. You don't come to honestfoods.com to find items you can get in a big-box chain super market. Here, you'll find great, unique, hard-to-find gourmet foods -- your one-stop 'foodie' source for all-natural taste.



Guarantee: Except for chocolate*, if our products arrive to you and you aren't 100% satisfied, we will replace the item or issue you a store credit for the full amount. We want you to be a happy customer. (To cut down on fraud, please note, we do not issue cash refunds.)

*For us to guarantee chocolate orders between May and September, you MUST do both order our insulated shipping container and ship Next Day or Second Day Air!



Shipping: We ship UPS to all points in the USA. You pick the speed: Next Day, Second Day, 3-Day, or Ground.

PO Box, APO, FPO, and Military Addresses: Choose Priority Mail only.

Hawaii and Alaska: No problem! Choose Priority Mail.

International Orders, including Canada: Welcomed. Choose International.

Orders over 200 lbs. will be sent the least expensive way, which may include via a truck. Call us for exact freight rates.

Month Clubs: To get your gift out fast, we generally ship all month club orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, unless otherwise instructed in the 'Comments' section of the order form.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and your ZIP code; charges are determined by UPS or USPS. We do not charge any separate handling fees.



For us to guarantee chocolate orders, if it is between May and September, or if you are having us ship chocolate to a hot area, you MUST do both:

1. Choose 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
2. Add our Insulated Shipping Container to your order.

Sure, we'll ship it if you don't do both these things, we just won't guarantee it won't melt en-route.

Shipping too expensive? With chocolate, we've had good luck in the summer with Priority Mail, a USPS 2-3 day service. While we won't guarantee the chocolate won't melt, we haven't had a problem with Priority Mail. We only ship Priority Mail early in the week (so your order doesn't spend the weekend somewhere).



We'll email you with your order status. If we shipped by UPS, you'll also get a tracking number. By clicking on your tracking number from our email or your order confirmation page, you can automatically track your order's progress.



1. Generally, pick UPS Ground, unless you need the food in a hurry, for the best rates.

2. For orders under 2 lbs., US Priority Mail may be less expensive than UPS Ground, particularly to rural addresses.

3. You'll save some significant money if you order in larger quantities.

4. You will also save in shipping with larger orders. It cuts your per unit shipping costs almost in half when you order two items instead of just one!

5. Come by our warehouse and pick up your order -- we won't charge any shipping for that at all! We are located just outside of San Francisco near the Cow Palace: 300 Industrial Way, Brisbane, CA.



Have us send your gifts. We print and include a wonderful gift message with your order at no extra charge. Just tell us what to say!

When sending a gift, we do not include a receipt or an invoice. Just a packing list and a gift message!

We do not charge tax for any products.

If your order is returned to us by UPS or USPS because the delivery was rejected, refused, the package was unclaimed or the shipping address you provided at the time of your order was incorrect, the return shipping fees charged to us by UPS or USPS, in addition to the original shipping costs, will be deducted from any refund amount.

If you would like us to re-ship your previously undeliverable order, we ask that you place a new, fresh order.

If addresses are entered incorrectly, and UPS needs to change the address in order to successfully deliver the package, they will charge us a $12.00 Address Correction Fee. If they charge that fee to us, we will regretfully need to pass that fee onto you.



We do not share any information we may gather to process orders with any person or corporation - ever. We do not store credit card information. Any information gathered is used only to process orders and our own mailing list.
