
This all-natural pasta sauce pairs fresh tomatoes, roasted garlic, and basil with Zinfandel wine. You can see the chunks of tomato if you pour the sauce on a plate. Because we don't use tomato paste in this sauce, we retain those wonderful volatile flavor components that give fresh tomatoes their nose and flavor. (These essential flavor components are lost in the evaporation processes used to make tomato paste.) Labels are in English and French.
This sauce is ready to heat and serve. Besides using it on pasta, we recommend you try it as a base for home made pizza, or as a topping on eggplant parmesan. Be creative!

A few days ago I purchased a jar of your California Spirits Pasta Sauce. We had it last night over Angel Hair Pasta & I must say it is the best pasta sauce I've ever had.
