Garlic Ginger Marinade: Deep red in color, medium body, with a Garlic-Ginger and Soy flavor

Suggested Marinating Times: Fish and Boneless, Skinless Chicken: 20 to 30 minutes Meat and Chicken: 30 minutes to 3 hours The longer the marinating time the more intense the flavor.
Favorites: Tuna, Salmon, Scallops, and Shrimp!

Adds a full bodied flavor that sets your taste buds tingling.

Ingredients: sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, chilies, onion, Red Tail Ale and spices.

Sesame Herb Marinade: Deep red in color, medium body, with a rich Sesame and Herb flavor
