Angelo Pietro Original (Shoyu) Dressing is great for fresh vegetables and pasta salads. Angelo Pietro Original (Shoyu) Dressing makes a great barbecue sauce. Use for marinating beef, pork, poultry and seafood. Angelo Pietro Original (Shoyu) Dressing is great with hot and cold dishes, and delicious with fresh and cooked tofu (soybean curd). Angelo Pietro Original (Shoyu) Dressing makes a wonderful dip when mixed with mayonnaise.

Personal notes: Karen and I love this dressing. Besides being a great salad dressing, the Pietro Original dressing, we find, works really well with fish, and in particular, salmon. With soybean oil as one of the main ingredients, we coat a salmon filet with the Pietro Original, and grill. The flavors work with the heat and fish to make one incredible meal!
